Terms of Service for Punto Conexta

Version 1.0 · Updated October 21, 2026

They apply to those who register on the Conexta web portal as a Punto Conexta Agent, a Punto Conexta (laboratories, X-ray and imaging centers, pharmacies and medical equipment and supplies providers) or a Community Mentor.

1. Who we are and what these terms are

Conexta Global Solutions LLC (“Conexta”, “we”) operates a health-sector network that connects health professionals, patients, students, organizations and Puntos Conexta. These terms govern the use of the Punto Conexta web portal. Conexta’s apps for professionals and Conexta Patients have their own terms, separate from these.

There are three account types: Punto Conexta Agent (introduces Conexta to health centers and providers), Punto Conexta (laboratory, X-ray center, imaging center, pharmacy or medical equipment and supplies provider) and Community Mentor (a patient who shares their experience to help others). By submitting the request and ticking the acceptance box, you declare that you have read these terms and the Punto Conexta Privacy Policy, and that you may accept them.

2. Who may register

  • Only people over 18, without exception.
  • If you register a business, you declare that you have authority to represent it and that the data and documents you provide are true and current.
  • One account corresponds to one type (Agent, Punto or Mentor). If you need another type, you must use another email address.

3. Request and verification

Every request, of any of the three types, is reviewed by a member of the Conexta team. We may approve it, ask for more information or documents (for example tax ID, licenses or registrations) or reject it; we are not obliged to approve any request. Messages about the status of the request are sent only to the registered email address.

Until the request is approved there is no account and you cannot use the services. Once approved, we email you a code to create your password. Documents are stored in private storage and only authorized Conexta staff open them.

4. Your account

You are responsible for your password and for all activity carried out with the account. You must keep your email and data up to date and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use. You may not transfer the account or share it with people outside your business.

5. Rules for Puntos Conexta

5.1 What a Punto Conexta can do

Depending on its type and plan, it may have a profile with branches, publish its products and services, publish informational content and receive information requests from patients. Laboratories, X-ray centers, imaging centers and pharmacies may also receive orders from professionals in the network. Medical equipment and supplies providers publish their offer but do not receive orders.

5.2 Information requests from patients

  1. The patient asks for information from a post, and it is sent only if the patient confirms.
  2. You see the patient’s name and profile, with what the patient chose to show. You do not see their email or mobile number.
  3. You reply through the Conexta chat. If you want to stay in touch outside the app, you must ask for their contact details from the chat; you receive them only if the patient accepts.
  4. You may use that data only to answer the request: not to send unsolicited advertising and not to hand it to third parties. The patient may block you.

5.3 Orders from professionals and results

You must fulfill orders within the limits of your license and the law, and verify the identity of the person who shows up. You will see only what is needed to identify the person and fulfill the order. If your account can upload results, you will upload the correct result to the correct patient; if not, you will mark the order as “delivered to the patient”. The patient then decides whether to share it with their professional.

5.4 Posts and advertising

You are responsible for ensuring that what you publish (services, products, hours, prices, branches) is truthful and complies with the laws of your country, including those that limit advertising of prescription-only medicines. You must keep your health and business permits in force. Posts go through a prior review by Conexta, which combines automated review with artificial intelligence and, when needed, review by a person; that review is not a medical or legal validation. Conexta does not set your prices, does not sell your products or services and does not process payments for those purchases.

5.5 Patient data

Patient data you access is used only for the care or request for which it was shared. It is forbidden to sell it, use it for advertising, cross it with other databases or keep it longer than care or the law requires.

6. Rules for Community Mentors

A Community Mentor is a patient who shares their personal experience to help others. They are not a health professional, and what they share is not medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment. Before they can post, their request goes through Conexta’s review, and their posts are subject to the prior review described in section 5.4. They may not ask for money or for other people’s health data, nor sell or promote products, medicines or services. In an emergency they must direct people to seek immediate care.

7. Rules for Punto Conexta Agents

7.1 Independence. You are an independent commercial agent. You are not an employee, partner or legal representative of Conexta, you cannot sign for or bind Conexta, you organize your own time and means, and you bear your own expenses and taxes. Agents do not publish content on Conexta.

7.2 Training and code of conduct. Your personal code and QR code are activated only after you complete the mandatory training and accept the Agent Code of Conduct, which forms part of these terms.

7.3 Commission. You receive a commission only on subscription payments for paid plans from centers that register with your code and are approved. There is no commission for patients or professionals who register, nor for the free plan. The percentage depends on the center’s location relative to yours; the current rate is shown in your portal and the rate that applies to each center is recorded when it is approved. Commissions are calculated on the value of the subscription products, excluding internal charges and taxes.

7.4 Holding period and payment. Each commission is held for a holding period (currently 30 days from the center’s payment) and then becomes payable. Conexta pays in monthly batches to the account you register, under your responsibility. Conexta may set a minimum payout amount and ask for the tax documentation the law requires, as shown in the portal. Refunds or chargebacks by the center reduce or reverse the corresponding commission.

7.5 Attribution. A center is linked to the first agent whose code it registers. In a dispute, Conexta decides based on the system records.

7.6 No charges to the center. You may not charge the center anything for registering or for using Conexta.

7.7 Visit log. It contains third-party contact details. Record only what is necessary, do not share it, and delete it when the relationship ends. You must not record patient data.

8. Plans and payments

If you purchase a paid plan, prices, billing period and cancellation terms are shown before purchase. Applicable taxes are your responsibility. Payments are processed by external providers; Conexta does not store full card details. Unless the law provides otherwise, payments are not refundable for periods already provided.

9. Your content

You keep your rights over your trademarks, logos and content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to display them within Conexta while the account is active, solely to provide the service. You are responsible for what you publish and warrant that it does not infringe third-party rights. We may hide or remove content that breaches these terms.

10. Prohibited conduct

  • Impersonating another person or business, or providing false information.
  • Promising cures or clinical results, or promoting regulated products or services without complying with the rules that govern them.
  • Selling, buying, giving away or offering medicines on a personal basis.
  • Discriminating, harassing, threatening or using offensive language.
  • Sending mass advertising or unsolicited messages, or using contact details for any purpose other than the one stated.
  • Manipulating commissions: self-registrations, fake accounts or centers, or misuse of codes.
  • Mass-extracting data, trying to access other accounts’ data or interfering with Conexta’s security or operation.

11. What Conexta is not and does not guarantee

Conexta is a connection platform. It does not provide health services, is not a party to agreements between users, and does not guarantee results, sales, commissions or the conduct of third parties; a verified account is not a guarantee of the quality of its services or products or of its permits. Nothing on Conexta is medical, legal or tax advice.

12. Suspension and closure of the account

We may suspend or close the account, with or without prior notice depending on severity, if you breach these terms, provided false information, pose a risk to patients or users, or the law requires it. Commissions already generated and payable are settled, except in case of fraud or breach.

You may close your account at any time from the portal, at conexta.us/eliminar-datos or by writing to info@conexta.us. Closure is immediate; your data is deleted after 30 days and backups may take up to 90 days to be renewed. There is no reactivation: registering again with the same email creates a new account. Some records may be kept where the law requires it (see the Privacy Policy).

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Each version has a number and a date. If a change is significant, we will ask you to accept it again before you keep using the account; if you disagree, you may close it.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Conexta is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or losses arising from agreements between users, third-party content, the care or products a Punto Conexta provides, or service interruptions. Nothing here limits rights that the law does not allow to be limited.

15. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without prejudice to the mandatory protection rules of your country. Before going to court, the parties will try in good faith to resolve the dispute by writing to info@conexta.us.
