Punto Conexta Agent Code of Conduct
It forms part of the Punto Conexta Terms of Service. It is accepted in the Agent portal before your personal code and QR are activated.
I commit to:
- Tell the truth. Present Conexta as it is, without promising results, sales, prices, discounts or features that do not exist.
- Identify myself clearly. Say that I am an independent commercial agent and not an employee or representative of Conexta, and not sign for or bind Conexta.
- Not charge the center. Not ask the center for money, gifts or benefits for registering or using Conexta.
- Respect the center’s decision. Not pressure, harass or insist after a refusal, and honor requests not to be contacted again.
- Use my code honestly. Not self-register, not create fake centers or accounts, not pay third parties to register, and not share my code in a misleading way. I understand that manipulating commissions can lead to closure of my account and loss of pending commissions.
- Protect data. Not record patient data, note in the visit log only what is necessary, not share it, and delete it when the relationship ends.
- Make no medical or legal promises. Not give medical, legal or tax advice on behalf of Conexta, nor promise cures, clinical results or approvals from authorities.
- Respect competition and the law. Not falsely disparage other platforms, and comply with my country’s laws on sales, health advertising, data protection and commercial communications.
- Meet my tax obligations. Declare and pay taxes on the commissions I receive.
- Report problems. Tell Conexta (info@conexta.us) if I know of fraud, misconduct or a risk to patients.
I understand that breaching this code may lead to suspension or closure of my account, under the Terms of Service.
