Privacy Policy for Punto Conexta

Version 1.0 · Updated October 21, 2026

It explains what data we collect from those who register on the Conexta web portal as a Punto Conexta Agent, Punto Conexta or Community Mentor, what we use it for, and what rights you have.

1. Controller

The data controller is Conexta Global Solutions LLC, Orlando, Florida, United States (“Conexta”). Contact: info@conexta.us. This policy is separate from those of the professionals app and Conexta Patients.

2. Data we collect

Account typeData
AllFirst and last name, date of birth (to verify you are over 18), email, phone, country, region, city and address, language, password (stored only encrypted), the motivation or introduction you write, acceptance of policies (version and date).
Punto ConextaTrade name and legal name, tax ID, website, contact’s job title, branches, verification documents (tax ID, registration, licenses), and the content you publish (products, services, posts).
AgentPersonal code and QR code, training progress, acceptance of the Code of Conduct, visit log (contact details of centers you record), linked centers and commissions.
MentorThe general data above and the content you publish.

We also collect technical data (IP address, device, browser, security logs). We do not ask for your own health data. If you receive information requests from patients or fulfill professionals’ orders, see section 5.

3. What we use it for

  • Evaluate your request and verify your identity and, for businesses, your authorization.
  • Create and manage your account, send you codes and notices about the status of your request.
  • Provide the service: profile, posts, requests, orders, training and center attribution.
  • Calculate, hold and pay commissions, and meet tax and accounting obligations.
  • Review posts before showing them, combining automated review with artificial intelligence and review by a person.
  • Prevent fraud and abuse, and protect the platform’s security.
  • Comply with the law and respond to legitimate requests from authorities.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. What other users see

A Punto Conexta’s public profile shows its trade name, type, location, branches, products, services and posts. Your email, contact phone and verification documents are not public. For an Agent, only the first and last name is shown, where it relates to a center that registered with their code. For a Mentor, their posts are shown under the name they choose to display.

5. Patient data you may receive

Patients decide what they share. When you answer an information request you see their name and profile, not their email or mobile number, unless the patient shares them by accepting your request in the chat. When you fulfill a professional’s order you see what is needed to identify the patient and fulfill it. You must use that data only for that purpose (see the Terms, sections 5.2 and 5.5). Conexta does not sell patient data or hand it to Puntos Conexta for advertising.

6. Who we share data with

  • Providers who work for us: cloud hosting, private document storage, email, payment processing, automated content review and security analysis, subject to confidentiality obligations.
  • Payment processors, to charge subscriptions and pay commissions.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it.
  • A third party in a corporate reorganization, with prior notice, if Conexta merges or is acquired.

Because Conexta operates from the United States, your data may be processed outside your country.

7. Artificial intelligence

We use artificial intelligence to help review posts and content. A team member may review or correct the result. We do not make solely automated decisions about your account that produce significant legal effects on you without the possibility of human review.

8. How long we keep it

  • Your account and data are kept while the account is active.
  • When you close the account, data is deleted after 30 days and backups may take up to 90 days to be renewed.
  • A rejected or abandoned request is deleted within the period Conexta sets; in the meantime it does not create an account.
  • Records required by law may be kept, such as tax records, payment and commission records, and policy-acceptance records.

9. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to processing, and portability of your data, depending on the law that applies to you. You can close your account and delete your data at conexta.us/eliminar-datos, from the portal or by writing to info@conexta.us. We may ask you to verify your identity before handling the request. If you believe we did not handle your request properly, you may go to the data protection authority in your country.

10. Security

Passwords are stored encrypted, documents in private storage, and access is limited to authorized staff. No system is infallible: tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

11. Minors

This portal is only for people over 18. If we detect a minor’s account, we close it and delete its data.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Each version has a number and a date; if a change is significant, we will ask you to accept it again.
