A new kind of support inside the Patients app: people who have walked a path similar to yours, verified by Conexta, to accompany you with content, polls and support groups.
What is a Community Mentor?
It is someone who accompanies other people from lived experience: a person living with a chronic condition or who overcame it, an experienced caregiver, or a wellbeing coach. It is company and guidance between peers, not a medical consultation.

Is a mentor a doctor?
No. A Community Mentor is not a health professional. If you need a diagnosis, treatment or medical advice, talk to your doctor.
Does it cost anything?
For patients it will always be free.
How do I know a mentor can be trusted?
Conexta verifies each mentor before enabling them.
When will it be available?
It is coming soon. We are still designing it, and we will announce it here and in the Patients app when it is ready.
Can I be a mentor?
That is the idea. We are defining how people will be able to apply; when it is ready we will tell you here.
