Community health impact, documented and verifiable.

Conexta Community Impact brings community organizations, companies, health professionals and students together around real projects, and keeps a trustworthy record of what each one contributed.

What is Conexta Community Impact?

It is Conexta’s program for community health work —care days, prevention campaigns, supply donations, clinical volunteering— to be organized in one place and recorded clearly.

Organizations publish their projects and concrete needs. Companies can contribute supplies, spaces or services. Professionals and students can join as volunteers. When a project closes, the impact record is verified by the organization and backed by Conexta.

How it works

From application to certificate, in four steps.

  1. We onboard and verify

The organization or company submits its application with supporting documents. Conexta reviews it before creating the account.

  2. A project is published

The organization describes the project, what it needs and when it takes place.

  3. Partners join

Companies offer contributions and professionals or students apply to volunteer. The organization decides.

  4. It closes with evidence

Results are recorded and the organization verifies participation. Certificates are issued with a verification code.

What each party gains

Community organizations

Visibility for their projects, volunteers and contributions through an orderly channel, and an impact history to show donors and partners.

Companies

A clear way to give back to the community, with a record of their participation and the type of contribution.

Professionals and students

Volunteering and service-learning opportunities, with a certificate of the hours and services performed.

Communities and patients

More health days and programs reaching the people who need them most, organized responsibly.

Certificates you can check

Every certificate carries a public verification code. Anyone can confirm it exists and what it says. There are two kinds: the organization’s statement and the Conexta certificate, which attests that the record exists and was verified by the organization —not that Conexta witnessed the service. In-kind contribution values are shown as the declared value given by the contributor.

Trust and privacy by design

  • We review every organization and company before activating it.
  • We do not ask for, and do not want, health data of identifiable people in projects.
  • Results with very few cases are not published, to protect beneficiaries.
  • Verification documents are stored privately and are never public.
  • You can request deletion of your data at any time.
